Below are requirements of two positions:

Position 1

1. PhD candidates from 985 universities

2. Will graduate in 2013, i.e. job seekers in late 2012

3. Thesis project is focused on high speed ADC, i.e. 12bit and 100MSPS above

a. More specific, he/she should be focused on digitalengine portion of the high speed ADC. This digital engine is handlingcalibration, interleaving, etc.

4. Gone through the whole IC development procedure,including tape out and measurement of this silicon in Lab.

Position 2

1. Master candidates from 985 universities

2. Will graduate in 2013, i.e. job seekers in late 2012

3. “Cross-field” matches one of the follows

a. Microelectronics background (education), but thesisproject is communication system related

b.Communication background (education), but thesisproject is board-level development

c. (communication, microelectronics, EE) background(education), but thesis project is system development, including board, FPGA,firmware
